Refund policy

All products are pre-checked for quality and defects before they are shipped.

• In spite of our best efforts, if you find the product delivered is damaged kindly email to bysrirang@gmail.com for Return procedure within 24hours of delivery.

• Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect item.
• The decision to accept returns rests solely with the Team SriRang.
• Once the products are shipped no returns will be accepted unless the above mentioned details stands true .

• Our policy doesn’t cover Not as expected cases /Likes and Dislikes of the product.
• The photos of all products are taken under neutral lighting conditions, and we make the best possible effort to reproduce the same color. Sometimes the colours may look different due to the variation of your monitor and/or device settings.
• Returns/exchange is denied to deviations in colour from the product displayed to the product received by you.
• Please ensure that the product are returned in original condition and packaging in order to get your full credit. Kindly note that this is a non-negotiable policy.
• Once we accept returns, please allow us 7 to 10 Days time for full credit payment .
• Based on the country of import, our carrier may need to get customs clearance for your goods before delivering them to you. Any additional taxes/import duties/customs charges levied by the country of import will be chargeable to the customer. The customer is liable to reimburse the carrier for any such charges paid by carrier on behalf of the customer
• Repetitive exchange request shall not be entertained .
• Please note that shipping charges for the exchange will not be borne by us. And in the case of international customers, our policy does not cover the applicable customs and duty charges.
• Incase of repairs, the shipping charges and repairing charges should be born by the customer .
• All our products are crafted by hand , product may have slight irregularities or imperfections , thread pulls , thread missing , knots on the fabric of the product are not considered as damages . No returns will be considered.
