At SriRang, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our handcrafted products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Handmade Imperfections: Minor imperfections are a natural part of handmade products. Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for such variations.

2. Color Disclaimer: Slight color differences caused by lighting or screen resolution are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Incorrect or Damaged Items: Returns are accepted only if the wrong item was delivered. For damaged items, an unboxing video is required as proof for processing the return.

4. Refund Processing: Refunds, if approved, will be issued after deducting applicable payment gateway charges.

We strive to ensure your order reaches you on time and in perfect condition. Here’s what you can expect:

1. Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 1 business day after they are placed.

2. Delivery Timelines: Delivered within 2–5 business days for domestic orders

3. Tracking Details: Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared via email.

4. Priority & Same-Day Delivery (Chennai Only) For urgent orders or same-day delivery within Chennai, please contact us via WhatsApp.

Blot, Don’t Rub: Use a clean, white cloth or cotton to gently blot the stained area. Avoid rubbing—it may spread the stain or damage the silk threads.

Mild Solution: Mix a small amount of mild baby shampoo or silk-safe detergent with cold water. (Do not use hot water—it sets the stain.)

Test First: Always test the solution on an unseen part of the clutch (like inside the flap or bottom) to ensure no color bleeding or fabric damage.

Dab Gently: Dip a soft cloth or cotton swab into the solution and gently dab the spot. Do not soak the fabric—use minimal moisture.

Rinse Lightly: Use another clean cloth dipped in plain cold water to blot and remove any soapy residue.

Air Dry Only: Let it air dry naturally. Keep it away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent fading or stiffness.

All photos are taken under sunlight with no additional lighting. We try to bring out the exact colour shades however due to different screen resolutions and calibrations the colours might slightly vary.

Slight irregularities are inevitable in handwoven products.
